Please be advised that Steel Dynamics Roanoke Bar Division is decreasing the fuel surcharge on rail freight from 3.2% to 2.4%. This will become effective with shipments on Monday, November 2, 2009.

The current truck fuel surcharge is 12 %.

We will continue to monitor fuel costs and make the necessary adjustments.
